From April
1999 GOI have already introduced "Swarnjayanti Gram Swrojgar Youjna"
for the elimination of rural poverty. To make this yojana successful
and for its smoother implementation it is essential for various
departments of the government that to workout for various activities
like trainings, credit to promote collective strength, market
facility, to provide latest technology based structure etc. There is
also a need to diversify economic opportunities for a better
